Geostationary satellites

In planning to put up a geostationary satellite the location or height is already fixed. since the radius is fixed the velocity is also fixed . So what really can be a variable is only the mass of the satellite and therefore the cost of launching it depends on the payload (mass) .
All calculations on geostationary satellites can be precalculated by you before the exams. Done!
