Fundamentals: Accelerating voltage and wavelength of electron

If you accelerate the electron to 150 V , what would be the wavelength associated with the electron as it reaches the collector?
To find wavelength you need to know momentum: debroy wavelength
Find the velocity of electron as KE = 150 eV .
Wavelength = h/mv =1.00 x 10-10 m
