Fundamentals : phase angle of two waveforms

Choose two points of the same phase (peak and peak)
Find the distance apart /time apart between the two points of the same phase on the x axis(depending on what is the x axis).
Take this distance apart /time apart and divide by wavelength/period. This fraction is equal to phase angle divide by 360 degress or 2pi in radian. Equate this two fraction the phase angle can be found.
