Fundamentals: Radioactivity

The activity of a substance is equal to decay constant mulitply by number of radioactive atoms. The number of radioactive atoms can be found if mass is known as N = M/m , where m is the mass of one atom. The number of moles n = N/Na or M/Mr. The power released by the mass is P = A (E) where E is the energy released in one reaction.
