The lamp is labelled 9V, 12 W . When connected to a battery of emf 9V and internal resistance o.5 ohm, is it able to deliver the 12 W ? If not what is the actual power delivered? Do some serious thinking .... you should arrive at 10.4W , power lost of 0.77W as heat in the battery. However, you must assume that the bulb resistance remain constant in this set up.
