REsonance testing

Design needs to be tested to know the natural frequency. The tallest structure has a natural frequency of 4.0 Hz , followed by 6.5 Hz and 11.4 Hz . If earth quakes have a known range of vibration , one can determine which structure can withstand the earthquake. This is to avoid resonance.
