The magnetic flux density is into the page. Is this a positive or negative charge?
Use LHR, B is into the page and Force is towards the centre of circle. The I shows the motion of positive charge .The velocity of charge is in the same direction as the Current , hence this is a positive charge. (If the velocity is opp to the current direction , it will have to be a negative charge)
