An explanation for photoelectric effect.....wave can behave as a particle.
A scenario : Let imagine two sisters named Wave and Particle. One day Wave tried on Particle's clothes. When Particle found out she was furious and immediately storms off to put Wave's clothes. A normal tussle in the family...if you take mine , i take yours.
..Now Einstien says wave has particle properties (1905) .It took 22 years for de Broglie to put forward that particle can take on wave property(1927). Compare the scenario , a knee jerk reaction that occurs almost the same instant but it took 22 years for deBroglie to react to Einstien's revelation.
