A table lying on the table is in equilibrium. Our immediate drawing is to show how the weight is acting downwards and Reactionforce acting upwards. This two forces are not action and reaction pair for the following reason.
1. They are acting on the same body . AR act on separate body.
2. The are not of the same nature. One is gravitational and the other is contact.
The fact the the magniutde are equal and opposite is correct but it did not satisfy the rest of the condition.
Hence it is not correct to conclude AR pair.
