Rest mass means the mass is at rest . what if the mass is moving ? It has mass greater than the rest mass. To calculate this extra mass just convert KE to mass by diving be square of speed of light . Dont forget the mass can be in kg or u , to convert between them use 1 u = 1.66 x10-27 kg.
